Can I cancel my order after I made a purchase on the website? - You can.

You can immediately cancel your order up to 23 hours after purchasing. So if you change your mind, please send us a message right away. 

We'll cancel and refund you as soon as we get your request as long as your order has not shipped out yet. A returns process is required for refunds after the item arrives to your location if it's already been shipped out. 

What types of Payment do you accept? - All Standard Payments.

We accept all Payments by Visa, Mastercard & American Express, etc.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the case that your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving the order for either a full refund or reshipment. 

Where do you ship from?

Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless of how far they go. 

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If your item is out of stock in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production line with the same delivery times as indicated in our shipping page.
